KLM Travel Deal
KLM has some deals on right now that might cheapen any travel plans you're making. The information for those traveling from Canada can be found here. The closest end points for the KLM deal would be Rome or Milan. From there, it's possible to book an inexpensive flight to Dubrovnik via someone like EasyJet or Kayak.
